Slovakia Permanent Residency

Slovakia offers the D1 Investment Residence Program, a government-supported legal pathway to residency through commercial investment. Under this program, investors establish a company in Slovakia and acquire commercial real estate within the D1 Center complex, developed by the IPEC Group.

Located in Central Europe, Slovakia shares borders with Austria, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine. Its capital, Bratislava, is the only city in Europe that borders two other countries.

Slovakia is a member of the European Union (EU), the Schengen Area, and the Eurozone, offering a stable economy, safe living environment, affordable cost of living, and strong political foundation.

Notably, Slovakia is famous for having the highest number of castles in Europe, pristine natural landscapes, and a European-standard healthcare and education system.
