Turkey is a country that spans both Europe and Asia, offering fast flight connections to key global markets. Istanbul, its largest city, is not only densely populated but also a vibrant commercial and cultural hub. This citizenship-by-investment program offers a cost-effective migration route, especially as Turkey is a candidate for European Union (EU) membership. Additionally, as a member of the U.S. E-2 Treaty, Turkish citizens are eligible to apply for the E-2 visa, which grants benefits similar to those enjoyed by U.S. Green Card holders. To qualify for Turkish citizenship, investors are required to purchase residential real estate worth at least USD 400,000 and maintain ownership for at least 3 years. Alternatively, if you prefer not to invest in property, you may opt to deposit USD 500,000 in a Turkish bank and hold the funds for 3 years. With a Turkish passport, you can travel visa-free or with visa-on-arrival access to over 128 countries, including Russia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and many nations in Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia.
