Amid ongoing global economic volatility, the Eurozone is emerging as a bright spot in 2025. Notably, the region’s growth rate has exceeded initial forecasts.

According to data from Eurostat, Eurozone GDP in the third quarter of 2025 increased by 0.3% quarter-on-quarter and 1.4% year-on-year. These figures were higher than previous projections.
While many major economies continue to face geopolitical and trade pressures, the EU economy is showing signs of steady recovery.
Notably, growth was driven by countries such as Italy, Austria, and Lithuania, where production and investment improved significantly. Although exports to the United States slowed, the Eurozone maintained positive growth momentum.
A major highlight was investment growth of 0.9% in Q3 2025, reversing the decline seen in the previous quarter. This indicates a return of business confidence.
In addition, domestic demand improved as imports grew faster than exports. As a result, the medium- and long-term outlook for the Eurozone has become more positive.
According to the ECB President Christine Lagarde,future Eurozone growth will be supported by household consumption and a stable labor market.
At the same time, inflation remains around the ECB’s 2% target. Consequently, pressure for aggressive monetary policy adjustments in 2026 has eased.

Eurostat reported that employment in the Eurozone rose by 0.2% quarter-on-quarter and 0.6% year-on-year.
In Germany, factory orders increased for the second consecutive month. Meanwhile, the composite PMI reached its highest level since May 2023, reflecting continued expansion in manufacturing and services.
Recently, the OECD raised its Eurozone growth forecast to 1.2% in 2026 and 1.4% in 2027. This reflects growing confidence in the stability of the EU economy.
As a result, Europe continues to be regarded as a safe destination for long-term investment strategies.
